Life is Complicated, God is Good

Currently, we are in the midst of a Sunday sermon series called The Wisdom of Ecclesiastes: Life Under the Sun. The main thesis of this book is: all is smoke. The author is trying to convince his audience that making any pursuit ultimate, above God, is foolish. This week we will be studying Ecclesiastes 7:13-8:1. In this section the teacher provides perspective in light of the complicated nature of life. He reminds his listeners that God is good even when hardship comes to the righteous or when wisdom still doesn’t solve the problem. Join us this week as we study this passage and seek to apply it to our lives.
