The Futility of Wealth | Ecclesiastes 5:8-6:12

Currently we are in the middle of our Sunday sermon series called The Wisdom of Ecclesiastes: Life Under the Sun. The purpose of this series has been to offer a contrasting perspective to Proverbs, one that deals with the perplexing nature of life while pointing us to trust in God. This week we will be studying Ecclesiastes 5:8-6:12. In this section the teacher explains the futility of wealth, warning his audience about its fleeting, insecure, and insatiable nature. Then, he encourages them to rejoice in the blessings from God. Join us this week as we study this passage and seek to apply it to our lives.
