Business Meeting
We have a Business Meeting coming up for members on Sunday, November 1st at 9am in the Worship Center. During this meeting, we will pray together, review financial and ministry reports, and discuss and vote on new business. Two future business items will be proposed and discussed at the meeting:
First, a Sabbatical Policy that the Deacons and Trustees have developed.
Second, a proposal from the Trustees for the auction sale of our extra plot of land down behind McDonald's.
We will not vote on these during this meeting, but present them as items to think and pray about for a future vote.
Two business items that we will be voting on during the meeting are:
Two new member candidates: Ashley Gay and Bethany Hall.
As Larry Ellis was unanimously voted as qualified, called, and gifted for pastoral ministry by a team of elders at his ordination examination this past Saturday, the elders of this church are proposing that he join the pastor-elder team here at this church.
