David’s Later Years | 2 Samuel 21

We are getting close to the end of our sermon series we have been calling 2 Samuel: Broken and Beloved. This book has been focusing on King David—a man after God’s own heart—as he flourishes and declines. After receiving many consequences from his sin, we see how God has changed him in a lot of ways. This week we are going to study 2 Samuel 21 and consider David’s later years. We will see that God revealed to David how to resolve the famine in the land and how God blessed David in his battles with the Philistines. Join us this week as we learn about the challenges God’s people face and how they often stem from unresolved issues.
